The breakfast was good and the staff was helpful in giving directions to nearby attractions. the location was convenient for exploring the area and there was plenty of parking available.
The hotel staff member we encountered was incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. He seemed annoyed and disinterested in our arrival and made us feel unwelcome.

Spent Christmas here and it was amazing! The decorations were beautiful and really gave us the festive feeling. The complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates in the room were a great touch. The breakfast spread was impressive with a variety of options and fresh produce, and the staff was always friendly and accommodating. The location was great as it was close to the Christmas markets and other tourist attractions in the area.
There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, which was a bit inconvenient for us. , the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty and cut out at times, causing a bit of frustration.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking a beautiful forest and a big lake. The hotel facilities were great, with amenities such as free WiFi and a lift. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and helpful, and the food served was amazing, especially the peppered trout and the 3-ways trout dish. The breakfast included in our stay was diverse and made with local and organic products. The location of the hotel, right next to the forest and a big lake, was perfect for nature lovers.
